Mac remote sessions require extra permissions for Screen Recording and Accessibility. Follow these steps when a technician asks you to connect.
Open Safari or Chrome and go to angeloit.screenconnect.com. Enter the session code provided by your technician.
A small installer file may download. Open it from your Downloads folder and follow the prompts. If macOS blocks it, use right-click or Control-click and choose Open.
macOS may ask you to confirm that you want to open the support tool. Click Open and enter your Mac password if requested.
Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording and turn on ConnectWise Control.
If macOS asks you to quit and reopen the app, click Quit & Reopen so the permission can take effect.
Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility and turn on ConnectWise Control so the technician can control the mouse and keyboard.
